Information we process
The contact form uses the name, phone number, requested service and project details you enter to prepare a message on your device. The current form does not submit those fields to our website database; you choose whether to send the prepared message in your messaging app. Once you send it, we receive its contents. Client galleries store project and client details, uploaded photographs, favorites, selection confirmations and gallery availability settings. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details, device information and operational logs.
Why and with whom
We use information to answer inquiries, provide creative services, deliver galleries, manage selections and protect the website. Hosting, database and media-storage providers process information to operate these features. Messaging providers process messages when you use them. YouTube receives information when you allow an embedded player; external social links and remote images may disclose connection information to their providers. We do not use the current website to sell personal information or run advertising pixels. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights.
Storage, retention and security
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. We retain project and communication records as needed for the service, ongoing business records, legal obligations and disputes, and remove or de-identify them when no longer needed. Gallery link expiry is an access limit, not a promise that all underlying records or backups are immediately deleted.
