This website is operated by Chuck & Duck Corp, a creative business serving New Jersey and New York. Use it lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, misuse private gallery links, interfere with the service, or upload material you have no right to share.
Inquiries and services
Submitting an inquiry or preparing a text or WhatsApp message does not reserve a date, confirm a booking, or create a paid service agreement. Scope, fees, payment, cancellations, delivery and usage rights are set out in your separate written proposal or contract. That agreement controls the commissioned service.
Creative work and galleries
Website photographs, films, designs, logos and other creative materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Viewing, favoriting or being able to download a file does not transfer copyright or expand your agreed license. Keep private gallery links confidential; anyone holding a valid link may be able to view the gallery and interact with it. Availability and downloads depend on the gallery settings and project agreement.
Third parties and availability
Links to YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp and other services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We take reasonable care with this site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
